Disney Plus will air another interesting K-drama, Light Shop, in 2024. South Korean visual artist Kang Full returns with yet another webtoon adaptation after the hit 2023 series Moving. The drama follows the story of individuals, both dead and living, who enter a mysterious shop selling lamps, where their worlds collide. The series has a star-studded lineup of cast members, including Park Bo-Young and Joo Ji-Hoon.
Light Shop is an upcoming Disney Plus K-drama, adapted from the webtoon of the same name by author Kang Full. As per a report, this is his fifth project in the “mystery psychology” series. The webtoon version is extremely popular, amassing a total of over 150 million views. Like Moving, author Kang Full will be penning down the script of Light Shop. Actor Kim Hee-Won, who played the high school teacher in Moving, makes his debut as the director with this new series.

The upcoming 2024 Disney Plus K-drama Light Shop includes a star-studded line-up of cast members. These include Park Bo-Young, Joo Ji-Hoon, Bae Sung-Woo, Uhm Tae-Goo, Lee Jung-Eun, Seolhyun, Park Hyuk-Kwon, Kim Min-Ha, Shin Eun-Soo, Kim Dae-Myung, Kim Sun-Hwa, and Kim Ki-Hae. Each of these cast members will have a pivotal role to play in the series.
These cast members will act as mysterious characters surrounding the light shop. As they interact with the shop, their worlds will collide between the dead and the living. The webtoon serves a significant amount of horror and mystery. Given the success of Moving, it will be interesting to see how the upcoming adaption comes to fruition.
