Twitter is expanding its Tweet Tiles trial, previously tested by the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, and The Guardian, into the world of NFTs. A selected NFT marketplace has been selected for the experiment, whereby Tweets feature interactive and customizable widgets.
Jump.trade marketplaces from Rarible, Magic Eden, Dapper Labs, and GuardianLink have been selected to pilot. As a result, Featured Partners will be able to view her colorful NFTs directly within Tweets for the first time. This format allows you to view a large image of her NFT along with metadata such as title and author.
This pilot offers NFT collectors a dynamic new way to share their most treasured digital collections. The expansion of Twitter’s Tweet Tiles pilot to her NFT marketplace follows the introduction of her NFT profile picture for users who connect web wallets to verify ownership.
Tweet Tiles extend the creative canvas of Tweets and give developers more options to interact with their audiences on Twitter in visually engaging, interactive and customizable ways.
Ability to embed NFTsComplete with relevant information and direct links to the marketplace Drive sales and help discover new trending collections. For our test group, this Tweet tile pilot will be visible on iOS and web on the featured NFT marketplaces.
