Saanand Verma shared horrific details of his sexual abuse

Saanand Verma revealed details of the sexual assault. It seems he was keen to become a cricketer when he was 13. He had gone to a cricket training academy in Patna, Bihar where an older guy tried to exploit him sexually. It seems he ran away as he was terrified. It seems he has stayed away from cricket since then. He made this revelation to Times Now. Saanand Verma said that incident impacted him psychologically but made him stronger as a person. It said it is a terrible memory, and he has suffered a lot in his life. He said after enduring so much no pain seems too great. Saanand Verma spoke about the casting couch

The actor did not beat about the bush about the casting couch menace in showbiz. He said there are no two opinions on this. He said he had heard colleagues narrate their painful experiences, and he feels no actor should have to endure the same.
