Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai falls below Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar, Jhanak; AbhiMaan romance to save the show?

It’s Thursday, time for the TRP report. There are some of the biggest TV serials competing for the number one spot on this list. For the longest time, it has been Rupali Ganguly‘s Anupamaa that is stationed on number one spot. In the top five, shows like Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai and Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin have been constant. Now, the TRP report for week 13 is out and surprisingly, Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai has witnessed a downfall. It is on the fourth spot this week. As per a report by Gossips TV, Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai received 1.9 TRP rating in the week 13. Jhanak that is a reasonably new show is ahead of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. Hiba Nawab and Krushal Ahuja’s show has garnered a TRP rating of 2.1. It is on part with Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin. Shakti Arora and Bhavika Sharma’s show is on the second spot with a rating of 2.1. Of course, Anupamaa remains to be numero uno. With a TRP rating of 2.4, Anupamaa is on the number one spot. These are the top four. The fifth spot is taken by Pandya Store with a TRP rating of 1.9. Shiv Shakti, Imlie, Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, Mangal Lakshmi and Udne Ki Aasha make for the other five in the top 10 shows list bases the TRP. Well, Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai remained in the news over the past weeks due to Shehzada Dhami and Partiksha Honmukhe’s ouster. Rohit Purohit came onboard as the new Armaan. But it seems his entry has worked for the show as yet. However, fans are slowly seem to be liking Rohit and Samriddhi Shukla (Abhira) chemistry. In the upcoming episodes, fans will get to see these two romancing as a dream sequence is on the cards. The promo has already piqued the interest of the masses. Already, the clip of Armaan kissing on Abhira’s forehead in a recent episode got AbhiMaan trending on social media. The romantic angle may become the saving grace for the show and help in increase the TRP ratings. But only time will tell.
