Eid 2024 will witness two major films releasing in the theatres. Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff‘s Bade Miyan Chote Miyan will be clashing with Ajay Devgn’s sports drama Maidaan. Both the films are releasing on April 11 and there is enough buzz around the same. Earlier, Bade Miyan Chote Miyan and Maidaan were going to release on April 10, but the release dates got pushed by a day. But which film fans are more interested in watching on Eid 2024? BollywoodLife conducted a poll asking fans which movie they are excited to watch and results are out now. It seems Bade Miyan Chote Miyan has more attention of the fans. Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff‘s film received 26.3 percent votes. The movie has Prithviraj Sukumaran as a deadly, menacing villain. It is a revenge drama and there will be two heroic soldiers who will save the nation from the wrath of the dreaded villain. Maidaan, on the other hand, received around 19.7 percent votes. The competition is close. Maidaan is a biographical sports drama based on football coach Syed Abdul Rahim. The early reviews that came in indicated that Maidaan is one fabulous film with an impeccable performance by Ajay Devgn. Around 10.2 percent of votes were for both the films. Given that it is a festival, there is a possibility that people will get busy with the celebrations. It looks like Tiger Shroff, Akshay Kumar and Prithviraj Sukumaran’s movie is looking forward to a bumper opening. The movie directed by Ali Abbas Zafar can make anything between Rs 18 to Rs 25 crore on its first day. Maidaan on the other hand is expected to pick up pace with all the positive reviews coming in.
