Salman Khan house firing: Two accused who fled Mumbai after the incident are now arrested
Mumbai’s Crime Branch nabbed both the accused who have been identified as Vicky Gupta and Sagar Pal in Bhuj, Gujarat. They were spotted on a bike together when the cops located them. The report states that the two accused had been renting a flat in Panvel before they fired at Salman Khan‘s Galaxy Apartments in Mumbai. It is also said that the two conducted a recce of the area before they carried it out on Sunday morning. It is said that an autorickshaw driver dropped them to the owner’s house in Panvel. The two accused had provided their Adhaar copies to rent the house in Panvel.

About four shots were fired after which they fled. As per the reports, the bike on which they were snapped in the CCTV and fled was not their own and was rented. They fled to Mount Mary Church in Bandra following the attack after which they left the bike and took a train to Santacruz. They got off to the east and took an auto from the Western Express Highway to get to Mira Road after which they were untraceable until now. The crime branch had widened the probe to Gurugram and Haryana after one of the accused was wanted for murder and other criminal activities in those places. They were later tracked to Gujarat after which they were arrested.
FB post claiming responsibility behind the Salman Khan house firing incident traced to Portugal?
Another report and lead to the Salman Khan house firing incident is about the FB post which claimed to be behind the attacks have been traced to Portugal as per ETimes and Deccan Herald. Anmol Bishnoi allegedly in an FB post claimed to be the mastermind behind the attacks. He claimed that it was a warning to the Bollywood actor saying that it was just a trailer. The police are still investigating the same. The possibility of a VPN being used is also taken into consideration.
Salman Khan’s family shaken by the firing incident; Khandaan’s reactions
Arbaaz Khan made an official statement on his family’s behalf sharing that they are taken aback. He calls the firing incident shocking and unnerving. He also slammed some portals claiming that a spokesperson on behalf of a family member called the attack a publicity stunt. He asked people to refrain from believing those reports as no one from the family, including Salim Khan, has made any statement on the same. They are currently cooperating with Mumbai Police for the investigation. Salman Khan also dropped a post after the incident. He shared a video about his gym training equipment now being available in Dubai.

Later in the day, Salman Khan also stepped out of the house as he had certain commitments to fulfil as per reports. Naturally, the security around the actor has been increased following the incident. He already had Y+ security after the threatening letter that arrived last March.
