Rajan Shahi reveals Shehzada Dhami asked him to choose between him and his assistant

In an interview with Telly Talk, Rajan Shahi asserted that unprofessionalism was the reason behind their ouster. He revealed that Shehzada Dhami’s attitude on the sets was not right. He recalled that there were a few episodes during Mahabaleshwar shooting schedule when he realised that Shehzada’s attitude wasn’t right. Rajan Shahi also shared one shocking incident when Shehzada Dhami asked him to change his assistant. It so happened that Shehzada appeared late in front of camera for shoot. When asked, Shehzada said he wasn’t informed by the assistant. This did not go down well with Rajan Shahi as he said that the assistant has been working with the team for 20 years and he knows when, what happens on the sets. So Shehzada started yelling and asked Rajan Shahi to choose between him and the assistant of 20 years. It was the last blow and the makers had to take the harsh decision. Shehzada Dhami’s performance was not upto the mark

Rajan Shahi revealed that multiple talks took place with the actor, however, there was no change. The producer also mentioned that Shehzada Dhami’s performance was also not upto the mark. Rajan Shahi also commented on Shehzada wanting to be addressed as ‘Sir’ on the sets. Another shocking claim made by Rajan Shahi is that Shehzada Dhami would not remember the script and his dialogues and would rather say that he doesn’t have time so the script should be narrated to him. The starry attitude led to his ouster.

Rajan Shahi asserted that the reason for dismissal of Pratiksha Honmukhe is different from that of Shehzada Dhami. Rohit Purohit had replaced Shehzada and Pratiksha Honmukhe is replaced by Garvita Sadhwani.
